Tour Description

Once you've boarded the double-decked M/V Blue Manta catamaran and set sail, you'll be entertained by tropical island music playing in the background. And as you cruise through Nassau Harbor, the history of one of the oldest waterfront cities in the western hemisphere comes alive as you hear about the people who played their part in building the Nassau of today.

You'll be cruising for about 15 minutes to the put-in spot. Then it's time for some fun.

As you arrive at the view-boarding put-in site, the crew will provide a short safety briefing and a demonstration. Then you'll enter the water with your guide and kick your way through some of the world's most beautiful waters.

The clarity of the Bahamian waters is legendary. On your view-boarding adventure, you'll see beautiful corals and an enchanting display of marine life as you glide along in your Bahamian adventure.

You will have approximately 40 minutes to one hour of view-boarding time, during which you can gaze down through the view-board to see the tropical fish and marine life.

If you want a thrill, you can purchase food to feed the fish and watch them swarm to grab some of the easy pickings. After your view-boarding adventure, you can don a mask and fins and snorkel in the reef, or just take it easy and bask in the sun on the uncovered top deck of the catamaran.

Complimentary soda and water are available all day; snacks and alcoholic beverages are available at the boat's cash bar.

Note: Participants must be at least 12 years of age, weigh no more than 220 lbs. and be in good health. The view-boarding site is subject to change based on tidal and weather conditions. An approximately 10 to 15-minute walk is required to board transportation for all Nassau tours.
