Seward offers you the opportunity to get out and see the beauty of our 49th state. Whether you're taking a scenic cruise in Resurrecton Bay, Portage lake or in the Kenai Fjords National Park, visiting the Alaska Sealife Center, hiking on a glacier, going on a Sled Dog tour or just checking out the pretty town of Seward, you'll have a great time. Just be aware, all of the cruise lines' excursions offered in Seward are for the benefit of northbound passengers, so if you're leaving from Seward, get there early in the day and do your own thing.

Cruise ships in Seward dock at the Seward Cruise Terminal, which is located about one-half mile from the downtown area. The Seward Trolley provides transport into downtown, leaving the Cruise Terminal every half hour.
